Nelson said the job would be done by the end of Aug. and that it would take 2 weeks we signed the contract July 29th. 5 months later he still wasn't done. We had to get verbally abusive to make him show up in late Sept. The sprinkler doesn't work and most of the lawn isn't getting water. He has funny pipe sticking out of our walkways we're not sure why they are there. He still hasn't even started the water feature and since he put in curbing and sod we're not sure how he plans doing the feature without tearing the lawn. His crew doesn't speak English and neither does Nelson so many of the things you talk to Nelson about aren't done right. It also doesn't help that you won't see Nelson for 2 to 3 weeks at a time with his constant excuses of why he can't come up that day. We also learned that if you don't specify something in the contract he won't do it. For example all areas where he put mulch down he didn't first put down weed barrier. We had to pay him extra to do that.
