small appliance repair
 + -1 moreI couldn't get the new auger they sent to fit my machine, so they sent me a new machine body at no additional cost. I eventually discovered that I had made a mistake in my assembly of the part and that it did indeed fit my original machine. This company really believes that the customer is always right--even when, in my case, the customer was wrong! This philosophy, coupled with "service with a smile" distinguishes this company from many one encounters today. Dave says, "Kitchen Resource does try to provide old fashion customer service. I'm old enough to know what this means."
Description of Work: I broke the auger on my L'Equip Juicer. They don't make this product anymore so the parts are hard to get. This company stocks parts for this juicer and gave me excellent service with a smile.
