Small Appliance Repair
I couldn't get the new auger they sent to fit my machine, so they sent me a new machine body at no additional cost. I eventually discovered that I had made a mistake in my assembly of the part and that it did indeed fit my original machine. This company really believes that the customer is always right--even when, in my case, the customer was wrong! This philosophy, coupled with "service with a smile" distinguishes this company from many one encounters today. Dave says, "Kitchen Resource does try to provide old fashion customer service. I'm old enough to know what this means."
