He charges exorbitant prices while making underhanded remarks about how great his work is and how customers are trying to cheat him. He does not clean up after himself, no how much debris he's created. He installed a stair railing that didn't meet code then tried to blame us for giving him incorrect instructions, then bilked us for the work required to bring the railing to code.
