Les Schwab in Centerville Utah gave me the finest service I have ever had. They are always on the run making sure everything is done the right way. They didn't try any high pressure sales. When I explained that I was on a very tight budget at this time, they gave me their lowest price and because of the wear pattern on my old tires they also did the alignment. I couldn't believe how far they were willing to go to make sure I was ready to go. I highly recommend this store. They are exceptional, and I would also highly recommend that women who are worried about getting ripped off go with Les Schwab for their automotive needs.

Since my car is technically my parents, I have to get their approval on anything I do with my car. So I went to go in to get a price estimate to give to my parents. I worked with Chris, he was very helpful and very friendly. Once he got me the quotes he immediately tried to sell me tires, which is his job, so I wasn't upset about that. Once I showed my parents the estimates though, my dad became upset and told me that none of the tires were good tires, and the prices were outrageous. He ended up calling the Les Schwab in Pocatello, where the rest of my family goes, and talked to his friend Brandon. He got me a much better deal and called down to the Logan Les Schwab and told them what tires and how much and to charge them to my parents account in Pocatello. Overall I was happy with my experience, but it's kinda sad that they would try to give me a bad deal.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever experienced regarding auto service. I pulled into the parking lot and a gentleman actually walked out and opened the door of my car and into the building. They showed me my tire options with pricing and were very honest about the differences in tires and their advantages and disadvantages. The ones I chose they did not have stock of so they called other stores and found them and my car had new tires that same day. Excellent service and excellent pricing and warranty. I'm a customer for life.
