Your prices are extremely high. Sure, they compare with places like any hour. But their prices are inflated as well. $1200 to replace the prv. After my member discount. The part is around $200. And it took him easily less than two hours to fix. I think it was under an hour. Over four thousand to replace a hot water heater???!!! It's a thousand for the heater. And it took a licensed and insured plumber three hours to put it in and cost $2000 less! I'll definitely look somewhere else next time.

I was ripped off for $12,000.00 by these jerks. I trusted them because they had been coming out for repairs for over a year on a contract we set up with them for $15.00 a month. All the repair men had been very helpful and nice so I thought I could trust them. I blame myself for being stupid and not checking them out first. They installed it the day after I signed papers and I found out I was paying twice what it was worth after it was too late. Then they argued and where so so rude when I wanted 10% off I was entitled to and used a $500.00 coupon. I finally had to go to the owner to get $1700.00 back. I should have argued for more but after a week of arguing and total discussed I settle for it. I paid more then $10,000.00 for a NOT top of the line (like the guy told me it was) air conditioner and furnace. The air conditioner was next to the lowest model on Lennox web site.DO NOT BUY a Heating/ air conditioner from these con artist. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Very prompt in getting to our house. Very professional and knowledgeable of the furnace and efficient in making the repair. Bryson was very good at explaining the things to watch for in the future, answering my questions on the electronic filter and the thermostat. Greatly appreciate his work and knowledge.

Super fast, efficient and knowledgeable! Not only did they fix the issues, they taught me about what was going on. Super stellar company! Bryson Ninow came right on over to fix some issues with my heater and furnace. He was super knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and did the repairs and in under 20 minutes! I went ahead and signed up for their service membership and am having someone come over in a couple days to fix a minor problem with my kitchen faucet and toilet. These guys are amazing!

In short, excellent experience with Scott Hale. Couldn't speak more highly of my experience with every employee I dealt with, and with the final results. Showed up bright and early prepared, fixed the problem the right way, communicated why that was the right way to everyone involved, and left a couple happy new customers in their wake. I'm the president of our HOA, and I refer people to plumbers all the time. I know who I'll have them call first now. Lead in, though : another company showed up, "adjusted" the valve, and left, saying that it might fix the problem, and we'd see the next morning when the pipes either knocked or didn't. That's the first clue this is a problem. Here's the kicker : they left without checking to see if the water still worked. They knocked the water out to the whole building, by adjusting the pressure far below rated on a PRV that was already way out of spec for a 2 family unit (valve is normally one that you'd use on a single boiler, not to serve 6 beds, 5 baths, and 6 people). They didn't say anything about the valve being totally inappropriate for the use case, they just adjusted it way out of spec, didn't check to see if they broke absolutely everything else, said maybe it'd fix the problem, and left. When they were called back, they said they could have an after hours guy come out, at after hours rate + std. service call rate, to look at and diagnose the problem they'd caused. At *3AM*. No thanks. In the meantime, I'd been in touch on the phone with Colin at Scott Hale, who was talking me through diagnosing the problem on the phone gratis, was incredibly helpful and professional. We arranged for them to fix the problem the first company had caused. they showed up before 8:00 AM, confirmed that the entirely wrong equipment was installed and that it had been adjusted far out of spec, and fixed the problem for good. They went out of their way to help me before I was even a customer, earned my business with their friendliness and professionalism, and ensured I'll call them again by following through on their commitment. For the people I manage, I follow SayDoCo - Say what you're going to do, Do what you're going to say, and Communicate every step of the way. These guys are pros, and will work to earn and keep your business. Call them, you won't be sorry you did.

Called at 8:30am, and they didn't turn up until after 5:00pm. This would have been fine if they had said that from the beginning, but they strung me along all day. The guys who eventually turned up were really great, but they verbally gave me prices (no printed price sheet), and told me I needed something I didn't need (whole house water filter, rather than a filter on the water that fed into the tankless water heater only). On doing research, I discovered their prices were not great, even after I talked them down $3,000 from their original number. I eventually saved another $1,500 from Hale's lowest number by going with a different plumbing company.

When they installed my furnace they ran an exhaust on my back porch which was loud, so they came back to move it and caused damage to the house. I decided to extend my porch and had them back out to run the exhaust to the side of the house. After talking with a manager I was able to get my problem taken care of, but it was not an easy process. I don't think I should have been charged.

First off, I would say that this company is very nice & professional. We obtained 3 bids and even though they were the highest we went with them because they were the most professional. When the job turned out to be bigger than they thought, they called their boss to come down that day to give the bid. We had them install a new sewer line for $33,000.00. This entailed removing part of our driveway for the install. I was told that the entire width of the driveway would be replaced because, "redoing just the strip would look terrible." However, after paying them $33,000.00 I came home to find just a strip of driveway had done notwithstanding them telling me they'd redo the entire width. My driveway looks terrible. In addition to this I was told they are more expensive because they would need to place heavy steel plates over the trench every night and remove them every morning. I never saw these steel plates laid. The trench was wide open for anyone to fall into every night. I have left multiple voice messages and attempted 7 phone calls to discuss this and have received no response. It has now been a month since the job was left. If the driveway were done as promised this would be a 5 star review. I even recommended them to people prior to them being done because otherwise I was very impressed with this company.

My wife and I highly recommend Scott Hale! In short, our sewer line had a major clog in it caused by tree roots. Of course, this happened during our busiest time of the year with us both working full time along with volunteering to organizing a fundraising event for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. We called other plumbing companies, but they could not get it unclogged, thus they wanted to dig up the entire line and replace it. Needless to say, a major expense. We received recommendations from our neighbors to have Scott Hale look at it. Paul and his crew of plumbers from Scott Hale really know what they were doing and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. They had a jetter (unlike the other plumbing companies), thus they were able to clear and save our sewer line. Then they installed a liner and got everything back up and running in no time at all. We are so thankful to Scott Hale Plumbing and highly recommend them to our family and friends now.
