We had the inspection completed on a house we were looking to buy. We meant to be there for the inspection, but by the time we arrived he was done (so it must've taken him about 20 minutes). Talking to the tenant who was there for the inspection, she said that he was very quick and seemed thorough.
We called them to ask how it went, but never heard anything. We did, however, get an invoice with the inspection results a few days later. They didn't see anything. Now, we had gone through and done a little inspection ourselves and had seen what looked like some wood-destroying insect damage. We contacted bug busters several times to ask if they saw this and what they thought about it (it hadn't been indicated on the invoice that any damage, past or present, was seen). Eventually we were able to reach them, email them a picture of the damaged beam and hear back from them, but it was more laborious than it needed to be. Overall, however, I feel they did a good job, were quick and the price was right.

I really liked how thorough he was. He used a broom to remove all the spiders webs. He worked hard to do a great job and made it clear how important my business was to him. I even gave him a tip to show my gratification for his ability to match prices of competitors.

We've been using them for years. They are so friendly that we almost consider them family. We will absolutely continue to use them.

When I called, the person who answered was polite and professional. I was able to schedule the inspection for the morning of the following day. Eric, the service technician was prompt, professional, thorough and informative. He completed the inspection and the required paperwork on the spot. I was more than pleased with my experience with Bug Busters.

They are expensive but really good. When we stopped using them the price was in the neighbourhood of $70 now it must be double that amount. They do a good job and they are thorough. They show up when they say and if it is raining they will come back and do it again. They are just very good. If their prices are reasonable we will use them again.

We are remodeling our basement and after removing walls, we found deep crawl spaces that hadn't been exposed for decades. There were a variety of spiders, some of which could have been potentially poisonous. Our neighbors had a Hobo Spider sighting a few weeks prior, so my contractor did not feel comfortable working in those freshly exposed spaces. Cory, from Bug Busters visited our house and sprayed thoroughly. He also took the time to explain the safety and efficacy of the solution they use. It was completely odorless and safe for pet and human contact almost right away. Cory was also exceptionally friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend Bug Busters to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with everything and they honored their estimate to the dollar.

They do a pretty good job. I have not had any problems. They are always on time and the problem is always taken care of. I would recommend them to other people because they get the job done and they are a fair company to do business with.

We have used them for several years. They are also good friends, who usually give us a good deal. I think the work would have been $60 otherwise. I would use them, even if we weren't friends.

They did a very good job. They got rid of the spiders. The only reason I wouldn't use them again is that I realized I can just do it myself. I wouldn't pay that much to have them do it again. Otherwise, If someone can't do it themselves, I would definitely recommend them.

Bug Busters was hired to come out and spray for spiders. I felt that they did a wonderful job. We have seen one spider in 6 months, so the chemicals that they used worked well. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They are a well established and a well run company. I will be hiring them again soon, as this is a yearly problem.
