I am getting my house ready to sell so I called for a quote for a full housecleaning. I was given a quote for 2 people for 5 hours. They just called to confirm the appointment and said it was 3 people for 8 hours. I said no, that was not the quote I was given and they said yes it was. They then said I was given a quote for 10 hours. I was not. They again tried to say they gave me the higher quote and I said please don't try and pull this **** with me and the person said I had a comprehension problem. I canceled the service. I don't know why this would happen.

Unpredictable. Sometimes good. Sometimes awful. Depends on which crew you get. And if you get a good crew, and request them the next time, they'll send out whoever they please, ignoring your request, even if the crew you want hasn't left the company for greener pastures. Last crew did an awful job and were unpleasant in the process. Management was unresponsive to my concerns.

They are very pleasant to deal with, and they fixed everything that i thought they skipped the first time. When you hire a provider, you don't expect them to meet every expectation. They did a wonderful job and that's why i hired them again. Very cheerful and cooperative people.

They did a fantastic job! They were fast and did a very thorough job. The attention to all of the details in the kitchen, baths, and all of the other rooms was amazing. I was very impressed and would hire them again.

We have a 4500 Sq Ft home that needed to be cleaned between renters.  We live out of state and were not personally able to be onsite at the time of cleaning.  We trusted that the cleaning would be done.  Our new renters did a walk through after the home was cleaned.  They backed out of the rental agreement stating that the home did not look like anyone had done any cleaning.  They went as far as to call me a liar and said there is no way I hired anyone to clean the home.  It was my fault for not being there to supervise but I still would have expected the work to be performed as per our agreement.

They were very good. They come out in pairs which is great. They were always pretty much on time. They did a fabulous job, you know, housecleaning in general is pricey but they were very good, very thorough, and very professional. They ask lots of questions to make sure that what I hired them to do is what they're actually doing, and they were good about calling me out to remind me that I had an appointment coming up. I don't have any complaints at all.
