Matt was probably the most professional independent that I have ever hired. He reached out within 20 minutes, quickly assessed my request and was able to accommodate my specific needs effectively and competently. I had a more technical appraisal requiring historical research due to a divorce. There was a specific deadline required for the appraisal also. Matt and I agreed upon a date and time. He was there on time. He was unbelievably efficient and very personable. His professionalism was second to none. I thought that due to the speed in which he completed the appraisal, I would get at best an average appraisal document. But to the contrary, Matts final work was thorough, well-documented and professionally presented. And, he came in BEFORE my deadline. I will recommend Matt to anyone that requests my advice on a great appraiser. Matt was on the higher end of the going rate. But, well within industry standards. And honestly, you truly get what you pay for. I recommend Premier Appraisal Service without qualification or hesitation. Great Experience!!!
