Ballpark Engineering advertises structural engineering expertise at a $300 fee to assess homeowner concerns.
The day before my appointment, I was asked to move our meeting five hours earlier. I could not?I requested an hour of PTO from my job in the first place due to Ballpark?s limited availability. We kept the original appointment, but the engineer sent his father, an electrician (not a structural engineer) to the house. He spent about 15 minutes asking what his son needed over FaceTime and took two or three measurements of things around the house. He left, and I received no information about my home or any of its components. I was told that while a writeup with recommendations for solutions was of course available at another fee, even a conversation that stated no work was needed would incur the same fee. I have the same questions that I had before contacting Ballpark. They confirmed that they would be sharing no information with me, then didn?t respond and ghosted.

Yes i viewed the product as exactly what i needed however i am not the final judge of it... as i get an appointment with the city inspdctor comunists wbich will grant my end goal then i will know for positive weather or not the report provided is enough to kerp these city fools satisfied
