This was during the weeks that the temperature was in the -20's at our house, so it was extremely cold. We called them and they came out asap. I had no idea what was wrong, so they could have told me anything and I would have ad to believe and pay them for it. They diagnosed the problem, discovered a couple of simple issues and only charged me the minimum amount. It has worked great since. Very knowledgeable, punctual, and HONEST!!. THANKS
