We had seen this company at a home show a year prior and had researched alternative options. We contacted the company and left a message. They replied in a short order and we set up an appointment. The employee was on time, in fact 5 minutes early. He came in the home and looked at our system to determine whether the bag system would work or not, prior to discussion the service. He took measurements and we found that their product would work.
He gave me time to discuss the purchase and then began work. He discussed what he was doing and why. He made some suggestions on ways to increase the comfort of the home, at my request and suggested some companies.
After the item was installed, he walked me through the filter replacement process, which is exteremly simple, asked if I had any questions and then cleaned up any mess that was created during the installation.
All in all, the assessment and installation took just over an hour and he was very plesant and informative.
