 + -1 moreRiver Canyon is prompt and professional about keeping service up and helping us work through the technical details that are sometimes a problem on our end. They help work through the settings to get us up and running for our home business and they understand this is not a complication with streaming the most recent episode of ......whatever, it is a lifeline to work. They upgraded our parabolic antennae and realigned the direction to improve overall reliability. They did this to maintain our regular service connection based on a monthly fee.
Description of Work: Occasionally we struggle with a VPN connection and connectivity due to our distance from the radio tower that broadcasts to us.
