Courteous, going out of their way to help with all of your needs. Even helped my neighbor get her car started.

The crew spent a good two hours cleaning up after they finished. Hands and knees in my flowerbeds looking for nails and scraps. They took pictures throughout the process and sent them once the job was completed.

Worst decision in 25 years of home ownership. They didnt complete the job. They created thousands of dollars in damage that their foreman acknowledged. They wouldnt communicate with me to discuss the problems. They told me to ONLY communicate with their lawyer. If I can offer any advice to anyone reading this, hire a local small business roofer, Rooftek is a storm chaser and dont care about you and your home. They dont pay attention to safety or detail. They damaged the stucco of my home, my newly replaced deck, they replaced my drip edge and storm gutters with the wrong color, and many more problems. I love leaving positive reviews for people that do a good job, in most cases mistakes are simple misunderstandings that can be fixed. Rooftek is a train wreck. Please heed my warning buyer.

Roof Tek was very good at communicating and was professional

Boone Sylvester was the salesman, I am very impressed with him ! He said what they would do , and they did everything and more. Chris Ackerman was job foreman and took step by step before and after pictures , that was nice because I couldn't get up to see it. The Rooftek crew were professional and paid attention to detail, they laid tarps all around the house when they were stripping the shingles. This was the best contractor experience that I have ever had and I have recommended them to my family members and to you !

Our estimator, Parker, was very honest and complete with his estimate, even saying that we really could wait 2-3 years to replace our existing roof. A few days after we signed the contract we were contacted by the scheduler. Our roof was installed a week later. The crew of 14 started working at 6:30 am. They tore off the old roof, and had the new one installed, and all the debris cleaned up 9 hours later. We are very satisfied.

I got my shingles replaced and Solar Panels installed

We had people from Infinity roofers come and did an inspection for us and got our insurance to give us a half of roof when we needed the whole roof done. Instead of pursuing it they said they couldn’t do anything else for us and strait up told us to find someone else cause they couldn’t help us. I got in touch with Boone at Rooftek and he stayed in constant communication with me and worked hand in hand with me to get the rest of my roof covered through my home insurance which is Bear River who I’m disappointed with because I had to pay 2 deductibles because of Infinity’s lack of effort to finish what they started. As you see I was pretty frustrated until Boone stepped in and got the ball rolling and sent Brian Calderon the project manager to start the project. His guy William and crew knocked out the job in one day. Brian stayed in contact with me about every detail of the job. He made sure the crew had everything from beginning to end went perfect! Brian, Boone & William went above & beyond to make sure the project was superb! I was pretty frustrated from Infinity Roofing that I have to admit, I didn’t think Rooftek would give us any hope. They totally did and came through with flying colors. Even my neighbors were impressed with they’re work that they had to stop by just to let me know. I recommend Rooftek ?. Thanks again Brian Calderon, Boone & William. Outstanding job!!!

They completely tore off my old roof down to the wood and put new paper and shingles on and completed the entire job in a single day. I've never been around such a bunch of hard working guys. They would run from one job to the next and they were really hustling. It was a great group to work with and they did a great job.

Good experience overall. Happy with roof, quality, and cost. There was some miscommunication regarding timing that caused me some anxiety, but overall good experience.

The crew was fast and focused and did all they could to clean up the site after the project was completed. Brian was helpful and was always checking in with us.

The guys did a fantastic job. They stripped off the old shingles, removed the old antennas and removed the swamp cooler. The new roof looks great. The did a great job cleaning up afterwards also. All in one day.

Roof Tech was amazing to work with. My roof specialist was Boone. The whole time I felt he was in my corner helping me navigate insurance, choosing product and checking on satisfaction when the roof was done. The crew that installed the roof were professional and quick. They had to tear down three layers of shingles and original board causing a lot of mess which they cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend this company.

Fair prices with no hidden fees. Great communication from start to finish. They listened to what we needed done and didn't try to push extras on us like other companies did. Finished product is great and we are very pleased with their work. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
