Be sure that the project manager follows all of the quality controls listed on the salesman's bid; sometimes the details can get lost in the transition between the salesman and the work supervisors/laborers, i.e. gutter tear-off. back-ordered shingles, details for changes/additions in the work. Once you get past the fine details the project is generally fast and good. In the long run, it is the quality and strength of the materials used that will make the most lasting difference in the lifespan and performance of the installed product.

I met with Andrew with Solaroo and the sales process was great. I was able to get all of my questions answered and now moving forward with this process. Hopefully the install go as well as the initial signup. After going through the install process and still waiting for someone from the office to call me back. I had to take 3 stars off my initial review. Communication is very, very, hard for this company. No one will take ownership of accounts or even questions. really too bad. Really disappointed in Andrew too, he would not return a phone call after the paperwork was done.

Sales staff were very professional. They understood how to make the estimate and installation process very easy. Financing was also pretty easy, too! Overall, a good experience working with this company.

AWESOME ROOFING COMPANY. Mattie was a great salesman who quickly called us within minutes of us contacting Home Advisor. His bid was less than 4 other roofing companies. He promised us his team could install the roof within 3 weeks. The roofing team showed up within the date promised. Richard was the foreman and customer service man. He has an excellent ability to listen, solve problems and follow through with his promises. Richard went beyond the call of duty to have his men remove an area of new shingles,install a new sheet of plywood , then lay ice and water shield, and have the crew reshingle this area of damage from a tree branch falling on our roof previously. .We are completely satisfied. Richard was outstanding and deserves a bonus and promotion. He is a huge asset to the Solaroo Roofing Company. The entire crew were dependable, hardworking and did an excellent job. We definitely would give them a 5 star company.
