Took a while to get us on the schedule. Quality of work was good, but a little careless in our flowerbeds around the house and not the greatest with the cleanup.

Made my first time roofing experience easy! Love working with Joel!

I found them to very professional, I was very satisfied with there work and follow up.

I had a very good experience with RoofTek from the first project manager I met, Matt Talley, to the project manager, Juan Lopez, who supervised the 5 roofers who removed my old roofing materials and installed my new roofing materials and shingles. The roofers didn't quit until the new roof was installed and all the roofing debris in my yard was removed. The project managers answered all my questions in understandable ways.

The project was scheduled to be completed in one day because they promissed to have a crew of 10 men working on my roof. They did what they promissed and started on the roof at 8:00 a.m. and finished and 4:30 p.m. did a great job on the roof.

I was very happy with the work RoofTek did for me. The team was done on half a day and they did a great job cleaning up from the job. The roof looks great!

They agreed verbally and in writing to start the job between the 22nd and 26th of July and promised a 2 day phone call to book the time. I have been calling, sending email, and have no responses. They took my deposit and are now ignoring me.

Really, they were very nice to work with and the problem I presented to them was unusual and difficult. They did some good things but the main problem I wanted fixed didn't get fixed. Also, they gave me a bid and then charged me and extra $200. I think they might be great for a standard roofing job of which mine was not.

Rooftek, does many commercial TPO roofs, but very few residential, so they only work on residential roofs on the weekend. They called and asked if the could come on a Sunday, I said that's fine then they came on Saturday instead. My contract said that they would be stripping the old roof off down to the bare deck, but the workers said no we will only be taking off one layer. By the time we caught what was happening they had already begun to apply the new roofing material. I had to get out our contract and show the PM what it said, he still didn't agree and said I would have to pay the extra fee for taking off the other layer/s. They left the job and returned a week later to finish. They smoked on the job, left their broom, a jacket and a bit of a mess. They all left without saying a word. I called three days later to see if they were going to come and do a quality check as they said they would (the day after). I was told someone was in the area and that they would call. About two hours later I get a call and they tell me they will be there within the hour. 90 min later they arrive. I pointed out the mess, broom and jacket and a few points of concern I had with the roof. The took the broom, but did nothing about the mess, or jacket they did however ask for any money that was sent from my insurance company (the roof was damaged by hail) so I wrote a check for $1000 and won't pay the rest until the job is finished . Along with the roof was included rain gutter. They said that the gutter company (a separate contractor) was behind two weeks so that hasn't been completed yet. If you hire this company, make sure that you completely understand the contract and keep a copy handy. Then be sure to be home when the work is being done, or have someone there who knows something about roofing and can oversee the work.

We had a small patch on the roof repaired and the gutters. I did not know that the gutter company was completely separate from RoofTek (the gutter people were wonderful). Communication with RoofTek was difficult at best. Got a call center who "would contact our sales rep" who never called us back. Finally found a phone number for the office. The installers were wonderful, cleaned up their mess and matched the roof perfectly!

All my questions were answered before, during, and after the installation. They were professional, and completed the work in one day! No hidden fees or extra expenses. My roof is gorgeous!

Marcus was honest and upfront about everything. He took the time to explain everything to me until he was sure that I understood everything. He didn't hide any surprises, I knew upfront of the "ifs" of my roof. He did a great job keeping the job within my budget I gave him. He spent so much time with me and was quick to respond to me everytime I contacted him. He had my roof done with the short time span I gave him and the job was very nicely done. This company has high integrity as well. They even let me know when supplies were not needed which I would not have known any better, this ended up saving me tons off my bill. Marcus also did not come across as a sales person he came across as someone who actually cared about me and my situation. I would recommend this company for anyone needing a honest company to do a superb job in a short notice. I would give 10 stars if i could. Thank you Rooftek for having Marcus on your staffing.

They were professional, did a great job and did what they said they were going to do for the price quoted. No surprises!

Gutter and leaf guard installation scheduled. Workers showed up unannounced a week before the scheduled time. They only installed gutters and not the leaf guard. We had to request for them to return but the bill showed up right on time with no issues, for the full amount. Rooftek made it clear that M and M did the work so this is not their responsibility. I hired Rooftek, not M and M. Rooftek did not care that their hired contractor showed up unannounced twice and entered my property once without warning or our knowledge. Our Rooftek salesperson texted at 130pm, 90 minutes after they left the second time, finally having installed the leaf guard. It was fair of me to expect the work to be completed in its entirety in one visit, when it was actually scheduled. The work of M and M was not satisfactory and the service from Rooftek fell below expectations. Rooftek's mission was absolutely missing from every part of my experience.

The guys did an amazing job, the whole crew were very nice and respectful to my whole family, the clean up guy was very nice and we chatted away like old friends, Jake has been especially helpful and has been the main focus of a bombardment of “silly” questions but answers everything. Super nice company to work with.

The primary roof replacement was done extremely well and quickly. Good people and very efficient. The site was cleaned up before they left and a quality check was done a few days later. We added a roof repair at another close-by location to the contract and are still waiting on that to get done.

Enjoyed the crew and they got the job done quickly.

They came faster than promised and Mario, our footer, was a REALLY hard worker and very professional. The company itself does quality work and we would recommend them to others. It was an excellent experience.

They came when they said they would. I have never seen a harder working crew. They did what they said they would and kept us informed. We didn't have any problems with them and would happily recommend them.
