I have used them for extremely precise and high quality-work as far as, recovering things and building upholstered furniture. They are extremely reputable, and they always have been. They work for the most interior-design firms in town. They are professional. Their customer service is great. I have worked with them for clients of mine over decades. They are not very descriptive in telling people what they want.
