They have cleaned my home weekly to bi-weekly, and for a time I had a good team that did a great job. I have a large home that requires two people to ensure a quality job, but the standard has slipped when the team I had broke apart. I would have given them an average 'a' before but standards have slipped. The team I now have are not as thorough so will not rate them higher until they understand my expectations, or choose not to use their services any more. Scott, the owner is a great guy but I feel he is preoccupied which has caused some errors in scheduling, or dealing with any issues discussed. One strong positive I do need to offer is repair or replacement of damaged items should it happen, Overall, a good company, but things can improve, especially since we pay good money for the service.

When we arranged for Cleaning Authority to clean our home, they offered a great rate. We explained that we had moved out and that some pretty simple cleaning tasks needed to be done. We asked for general cleaning services: Vaccuming/mopping, wiping down appliances and cupboards, and wiping down walls and baseboards since we were going to paint. We were quoted 1 person at $25/hour coming for the afternoon, and were quoted between $125 and $225. Keep in mind that it's only a 2200 sq. ft house. This was all going straight through Scott (the owner).
I arrived at my house that evening around 6:15 to paint. While the cleaners did a very good job on the blinds, inside of the fridge (which had already been cleaned, and is a fairly new fridge), and on the bathrooms, none of the walls had been wiped, the baseboards were as dirty as ever, and the floors were only passably clean. They had been wiped (tile and wood) or vacuumed, but contaminants were evident upon close inspection. Oh and they skipped entire rooms. I had to vacuum the entire storage area. And they had actually made the windows worse when cleaning the blinds. They told us that they would not clean windows (because that's super hard?) but at least they could not get them dirty and/or clean up after themselves. I figured hey, they charge a decent rate and it's obvious that they didn't stay long, I probably got an okay deal. 
If this were the whole story, I'd probably give them a 2 or 3 star review for a decent service at a reasonable price. But this is where it gets good. We get a bill for $300. I contacted Scott again and asked why the price was so high. They claim that they sent 2 people for 6 hours. I don't think that's even reasonably possible and when I asked what hours they claim to have been there, I did not get any response back. I feel that the owner of a business should really be responsive, but I haven't heard from him at all since I contacted him. And of course, they won't go back on that claim, and while they don't have proof they were there and actually working, I don't have solid evidence against it either. So I'm forced to pay $300 for a cleaning job I could have done by myself in 1-2 hours, max. My only course of action is to give them a 1 star review and hope that I can warn any of you reading this against working with them. Ever. They will lie to get your business and charge your card whatever they can.

We fired them today. We have had to complain about an unsatisfactory job for the last 3 services. The management, to their credit, was quick to respond to our complaints and to send another crew out without additional charge to remedy the situation - this was done adequately. They sent two people for our scheduled cleaning today. They arrived later than the stated time and spent about 1 1/2 hours on a job that usually took 2-3 hours. They did not clean one bedroom at all. The kitchen counters were still dirty and there was food remnants from breakfast left on the table. They always leave a report about the special attention paid to certain areas. On today's report, they stated that they paid "special attention" to the floors. There were still visible spots and dirt on the hardwood floors in the kitchen and the family room. One room was not vacuumed at all. We have large dogs, so it is very clear if there has been a decent vacuuming job performed! The report also said that the upholstered furniture was vacuumed but our children had left crumbs on a couch which was still present after the "cleaning" job was completed. My husband was home during this cleaning service and they routinely are supposed to let him know when they are finished that he can review the job and make payment. They left without giving him the chance to review their performance. This service today was the last straw. I would not hire this company ever again!

I am so impressed with the amazing job they did for me. My home is so clean right now! I'm a single mom of 3 with a very demanding job. So, honestly, my house was quite dirty. I can't believe what they were able to get done in 6 hours of cleaning. Setting up the appt was really easy. They were very quick to respond and were able to fit me in almost immediately. I highly recommend this company. I wish I had thought to take some "before" pictures to show the miraculous transformation.

I found Cleaning Authority on Angie's List and sent them an email.  They got back with me right away and we set up an initial appointment.  I explained what I was looking for and  Scott told me that they could do that.  We set up the time for the cleaning crew to come to my house and do the initial clean.  Two ladies showed up on time and went right to work.  I don't have one complaint as to the quality of their work.  I also feel like they are very thorough and move swiftly through the house.  I have hired them to come back every other week.  I am very pleased with the Cleaning Authority.

They clean our house on a monthly basis. They do a really good job and are very easy to work with.

I love my cleaning lady from the Cleaning Authority.  For the most part, she cleans more thoroughly than I can, she is efficient, timely, and personable.  I ask for her because I think she is one of their best.

I love Cleaning Authority!  They come to my home 2X per month and they always do a better job cleaning than I can do.

The team of ladies I have are good and that is important. They have sent other teams on occasion and had an issue with the level of workmanship and punctuality which was promptly corrected on request. I use their service regularly now.

Their service can be hit or miss. I can't communicate with them effectively because of a language barrier. Most of them don't speak English. However, some people can understand English. I requested Birdy, because she can speak English and she does a good job. They always come without fail.

Their service is very good. The quality of the work is consistent. If I need to change the scheduled date, they are very flexible.
