Window Service, Glass and Mirror Service
In the summer of 2012, Smitty installed the double pane garden window. When the season
changed to winter (especially, Jan - Feb 2013), we noticed thick ice hanging on
the windows. Smitty responded to my initial call about the issue and promised to
come over and repair the window. Now, it is the end of Sept, 2013. No one
has showed up, even though I have called Smitty at least 14 times, leaving
voice mail messages. Finally, it is the time for us to file this complaint.
