The crew showed up to install on time.  The door was not what I thought I ordered. It is a beautiful heavy door but I expected it to be stained like the photo I was shown.  It was not. When they cut the old door out it left a gap of appx 1-1-1/2 inches which was caulked with lime green foam.  I was told when ordered that I may have to get a mason in to seal a few chips back in.  I expected the door to be clad in the same bronze casting as the door with a possible cement caulking in spots.  However, the company called and suggested that I either find a mason, cover it with cedar, or find someone to get metal casing that matches.  Metal is the only thing I would accept at this point.  They finally found a rain gutter maker to come to the house to fashion metal casting around the door this was done correctly and the company paid him to do it.  The next problem is the staining of the door.  The contract I signed stated that I did not want the door painted.  That is correct I wanted it stained exactly like the picture I was shown and  even showed the gentleman the stained doors downstairs which is what I wanted.  Six weeks after install I got a call from the Painter.  He explained that three different woods were used and it would be difficult to stain and match all the wood.  This at an addition cost of $60.00 per hour plus his travel time per day and several days work.   I decided at this point that I would stain it myself.  I am still waiting for a "bumper" part that had to be backordered.  I was extremely distressed at this entire process.  I was sent in a letter along with a check for $200.00 to help defray the cost of staining.

The windows look beautiful. They did a good job. They were very precise. They sent someone to measure and gave me an estimate. They called again to tell me the windows were in and they gave me a date of when they would come. They came out when they said and had the work completed that afternoon.

We were very, very pleased. They were more than willing to make sure that satisfaction levels were high. We would readily hire them again in the future.

They did a really good job, but their prices were a little too high for replacing the windows. They were very helpful and very professional. The fellow who came to do both of the doors was quick, friendly, and watchful to make sure that he wasn't damaging anything.

They trashed the entire side of the back yard with tractors - deep grooves with shredded grass and mud all over the place.  This was never fixed.
After the pad was poured, I got hold of Peachtree to find out why there was no french drain.  No return call.  Then when the patio cover and lattice awning were installed, I called again angry, and the manager called back.  Before he could come and see the damage, the electrician showed up.  After the electrician told me he could not install the electricity with the roof as it was, I was very angry.  At the same time Peachtree sent a photographer take pictures - I thought he was taking them back to show the damage, but he said it was for their "portfolio".  I guess he said something because they called me back the next morning.
The  manager came to see and brought the estimate - on which I pointed out that we requested a 4" "floor" for a sunroom.  He said they had invested too much and would not tear up the pad unless I paid another $4000.  He did recommend that they could split the cost of stamping the cement with a color and pattern.  It cost me another $750.
They did come out and move the angle of the lattice to match the patio roof, and removed one of the pillars.
Instead of getting satisfaction, I ended up spending more money with a company I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I had three windows installed. I do not like the type of windows they use. I do not like the way the windows fit; there’s a big enough crack that bugs would be able to get in.

First, after my home consultation, Peachtree called me and asked me to measure the door jam because they weren't sure of what to order. The side door had several cracks in it at the time of installation in February that the technician noticed and assured me would be repaired. The following week, all of my neighbors had advertisements with a discount offer hanging on their doorknobs with my address printed on them as an example of their work. This was done without asking my permission or notifying me. I was also not offered the same discount. The repair person called me in July and said he was very busy and only available the following day to install the replacement part. I canceled my business meetings. When he arrived it was the wrong part. I asked again for more than a days notice next time but he told me he's very busy too. After months of calling, the broken part was finally repaired in September on 1 day notice. Now I can finally paint my new door. Never use Peachtree doors!

They were here promptly. They kept everything clean and neat. They were very responsive to my needs and always answered all of my questions.
