It's All About Time

After working on my cuckoo clock he told me it would take five weeks to get it done. It never got done in five weeks in fact he never called me to let me know that it wasn’t done or how long it would take. I had to call him and ask him when it would be done .then after that the pool chains to wind up the cuckoo clock were all at different lengths. He said that he never touched the change. Well I didn’t I told him because I don’t know how to get into the clock to do that. He said to me there are little rings that connect the change so that you don’t over wind it and he said just cut them off and put new ones on it says I don’t wanna do that sir. He said with an attitude bring it in and I’ll do it. I would highly recommend anybody to stay away from this man he’s very rude and he will not own up to his work

We brought home a clock from over seas. We brought it in to have it repaired. Apparently, he repaired it, and when we got it home it wouldn't work. We called him and asked him to come to our home and he was awful to me. He wanted to charge us an extra $100 to come to our house. We paid $170 and it was working in the shop but not working once we got it home.

I have a special watch and it takes a little bit more time to replace batteries and stuff like that. I needed my watch back quickly and he didn't keep me waiting, and he polished the watch's crystal. He made sure it was clean and secured the back very well. He was very professional in how he gave me the watch back in the same condition as I left it. He also gave me a certificate of $10 value of another battery. I liked that he was direct and had very clear communication; he told me exactly what he was going to do with the watch and how long it would take to do that. And he gave me the option of waiting for it there are to come back later.
