Desert Sage Properties, specifically Joy Tholen, is a delight to work with. During the almost two years that we were renting one of their properties, Joy was always available to help with any and all issues. Unlike many property managers that make you jump through hoops to get ahold of them, Joy was always available via phone call, text, or email. She was prompt to respond and always quick to send help if she didn't have the answer or the solution. She's reliable, trustworthy and kind. She always went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
