We have been using BCS for years, they have always done a great job, for a fair price.
Billy and his employees that I've met, are all friendly, clean, and do good work. One time when Billy took my blinds to clean they came back fixed, I didn't know he could do that, so I was thrilled. (my dog had broken some of the strings)

I set an appt. with them, they came exactly at 9:00AM, they washed all of the inside windows, Billy was friendly, great to talk to, hard woker! He went the extra mile, for instance he cleaned all the window frames, so there was no dust in the tracks. He then put up his ladder, and cleaned all of the outside windows. They were here about 2 hours...and did a beautiful job!

While moving back into our house after a years absence, I contacted BCS to get carpets cleaned in the master bedroom before we could move all our furniture in. We set the appointment on a Friday afternoon and with the numerous errands I had to attend to, BCS was able to fit the carpet cleaning with my schedule. Communication with the technician was easy and certainly helped us both to meet our needs. While he was cleaning the carpet, we decided to have him clean some additional areas and a couple of area rugs, and even though it added to the job time, he was happy to accommodate us. We have used BCS many times over the years and have always been satisfied with the results.

I hired BCS Cleaning to do general household cleaning and window cleaning in an empty rental house. She did a walk through with me before the job and we went over everything in detail that I wanted cleaned, she gave me an estimate, then came back as scheduled to do the work. When I arrived when the job was finished I noticed several things that were not clean, smudges on doors etc. As I pointed things out, she'd run to her vehicle & grab a rag & try to clean it better. The floors had not been cleaned, she said she forgot her mop. She was going to clean the bathroom floor with a rag while I waited. I did not have the time to point things out & wait while she cleaned it that evening, so I resigned myself to the fact that I would just have to come back myself & clean what she hadn't, and mop the floors. My daughter & I spent 2 hours cleaning the following Saturday. There were still cobwebs in most of the rooms, the doors were dirty, the window tracks had not been cleaned at all, the toilet, shower, bathroom and kitchen sinks were not clean, the kitchen counters were not clean, the microwave was not clean, the stove top still had grease splatters on it, there was food splatter on the kitchen wall, the list goes on. I did appear that most things had been "wiped down", but were not clean. After 2 hours of cleaning and noticing more & more things that were not clean, I was really angry that I had paid a professional to clean, and the house was still this dirty and I was having to spend so much of my time cleaning it. I finally decided to call her back to clean the rest. By then I had cleaned everthing except the stove top, microwave and kitchen floor. To her credit, she did come back (and brought a mop this time), and cleaned what I asked her to clean, and got the rest of the cobwebs. So, I have to give her credit that she did come back, and she did try to do a good job. However, this is not what I would expect of a "professional" cleaning service. She did tell me that they specialize in carpet & upholstery cleaning, and not general house cleaning. So, maybe they're good at those services I don't know, I didn't need those services. I would not use them again, and could not recommend them for house cleaning. The window cleaning however, was satisfactory.

I was very pleased with their work. When I met with the woman to go over the work needed, she took the venetian blinds down for cleaning. On the cleaning day, various team members were in and out over the course of approximately 12 hours. I greatly appreciated the attention to details in cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. When they were finished, the change in the feel of the house was miraculous - from dusty and neglected to sparkling clean and ready to move in.

There very honest and trustworthy. They work with my schedule, when I want them to come. If there was a problem, they would fix it quickly. I would highly recommend them to others. They did a great job.

They are very conscientious. It's a family business. I trust leaving them in my house. I have used them for seven years.

They do work frequently for me. I appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their work. They show up when they say they will.
