I hate to say, "it's basically a car wash."  But essentially it is.  However it's easy to maneuver through the system.  Upon entering you follow the cones and go to the back to pay.  They give you a token for the vacuums.  Then you drive through the car wash.  The car wash is larger than most at gas stations.  The car wash options are great no matter what you need.  I usually do the basic $5.00 wash since it's so good.  It even gets the bugs off the front, which I find that most gas station washes can't.  Once you pull out of the wash, you follow through to a vacuum station.  There are plenty of towels available so you can dry off any remaining water or get into the crevices.  There are large garbage cans at each station to throw away your trash.  Then you can vacuum.  It gives you 4 minutes, I believe, which was plenty for my little SUV.  Then you're done.  I think it's so much better than one you get at the gas station and costs less. They offer lots of deals.
