The tech came on time. He was professional and courteous. The dishwasher is a 10 year old model, bosch brand. The repair took about 45 minutes, and I would recommend this company again.

It was good tech, was very prompt had all the parts on hand and fixed the washer very fast and cleaned up after himself and tested the washer before he left doesn't accept America express.
