And actually, so far, they are my favorite as their pricing is cheaper compared to other vets and clinics on top of a good quality service.

I highly recommend them. The vet called the day after we visited and said that the charge for the heartworm pills had gone up. He wanted to stay competitive, so he took $30 off our bill. All the technicians and the vet really care about the animals. They don't pick up the dogs and put them on the table (or do anything that would scare the animals) - they get down on the floor and make it as easy as possible for the dogs. They have a way of dealing with animals.

The owner died and we have not been there since. We are not using them currently but it is not because of anything they did.

The clinic's ownership has just currently changed and I'm very impressed with the doctor. They're very, very responsive. I miss the previous owner. I used them exclusively til he passed away and now I'm using him for my other animals and grooming. I would like to recommend them. I liked the fact that he called me and gave me very, very detailed information on the blood work, what it meant, what kind of treatment was indicated, what resources he had. This is a 18-year-old cat who has liver failure. He was willing to work out a variety of treatment options that would keep the animal comfortable for as long as we can. They also have grooming and it's excellent. They also have boarding.

Dan from Alcor works out so great to the point I actually followed him and the company when they moved. When moving one of the immunizations had kind of fell through. So, because of that, I did not have to pay for it. They are just very good and I am very happy with the services that I received from here. The staff is nice and the place is well maintained.
