Lots of fancy detection - drone n infrared device but missed thousands of dollars of water damage and drainage problems, swollen/damaged wood, downspout problems, rotted door, damaged A/C, problematic 18 yr old low flush toilets that constantly overflow.
We would've negotiated for at least $10 K more if this basic info had been provided
