Upsold me $60, despite me refusing several times. Canceled the first appointment I had three hours after the scheduled appointment time. Promised me a free air conditioner tune-up, which they then never honoured. Also came in and before they'd even started their job started telling me I'd need a new furnace immediately (This was in July, mind you).
To show the completion of his work, he showed me pictures that were not from my house or my ducts, as I checked them myself afterwards. He also cut holes in my ductwork and hadn't asked permission or even bothered to explain that was required to do so. I bought a Amazon Local coupon to get this done for cheaper, and have to say it was very much not worth it.
I would never recommend them to anyone, even if their services were free.

Ben came on July 2 to troubleshoot my a/c. He was very honest when he said my unit was shot and needed replacing asap. Knowing my cost concerns he recommended a Lennox furnace and a/c that would work for our home. The installers were scheduled for Friday. They came late in the afternoon and we decided it was too late to start the job since we needed what a/c we had. Nick was very honest and did his walk thru, and decided to come back on Monday. They arrived as promised Monday morning. Both Nick and Shaun were excellent and took great care to do a thorough job, and were very neat and respectful of our home. They ran out of Acetelyne, and had to go get some more, but were determined to get the job done. They didn't leave our home until 11:30 pm! I felt like we were best friends by the time they were done. It was such a pleasure to work with such a great bunch of guys. I'd recommend Airworx to anyone!

Wow... I'm really blown away by how their owner, Tylor, just treated me that came out to my house to put a new blower in my furnace... I've never been treated more rudely and more unprofessionally in my whole life! He was mad that I purchased the blower I needed online for 1/3 of the price that he quoted me, but agreed to come out and put it in for me at his hourly rate. Once he encountered a problem with a stripped nut, he told me that it was going to cost me another $600 for more parts and labor and when I asked him questions about it he got really rude with me and disrespectful. Here's a copy of one of the lines he emailed me, and quot;You
are trying to cheap your way around the problem and now your family is hot again tonight. Mission accomplished.and quot; Class act.... I don't know if he was trying to teach me a lesson or recoup more of his profits by trying to charge me more money for more things, but the way he treated me was outrageous. Can't believe he thinks it's okay to be so insulting. Very disappointing...
Wait... this story gets even better... a couple of hours after he left my wife called me to tell me that she got a furnace guy out to the house right away and he was able to get that supposedly and quot;stripped nutand quot; off without any problem--in about 30 seconds! And he was able to change out my blower and it only cost me $75 instead of the $600 that Airworx wanted for a whole new housing and fan! The new guy also told me there wasn't any oil on the nut and Tylor with Airworx told me that he tried everything he could including using oil to get if off and no luck...! Unbelievable that someone could be so deceiving and dishonest just to try to recoup his losses from me purchasing the blower motor on my own...

We purchased an air conditioning tune-up on Amazon Local. I submitted an appointment request online, and got a call back shortly thereafter. The owner came out to do the tune-up himself. He was very professional and when he finished the tune-up, he talked to us about potential problems with our system (it's about 20 years old) and some things we might like to do for it, but there was no hard sell. Overall we were very pleased with Airworx and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We initially used Airworx last year for a routine inspection. It was quite expensive because our air conditioner was 12 yrs old and had the old cooling solution. We were told it was a possibility we may need to purchase a new one next year. Therefore the news we had to purchase a new air conditioner or continue to put money into an old Central Air conditioning unit wasn't the best news, however it was somewhat expected. Considering the circumstances the experience was Great!
We had excellent and quality service. Due to the heat they were extremely busy, however they made it possible to do the install the very next day. This was excellent on their part!!
They were prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves and took our old unit for disposal, which was included in the cost of the new unit install.
Their prices are higher, however it was worth it to get Great Quality Service and a reputable AC unit. We don't expect to see them again in the near future. However, we would use them again for any future needs.

The guys turned up at 9:30 in the morning and in the end didn't finish up until nearly 4:30. They rebuilt the entire plenum on top of the furnace and pointed out the poor workmanship of the company that installed the furnace (a local guy that Sears contracted out to). The condenser was far too small for the furnace and was throttling the airflow causing scorching. Had this continued our 3 year old 98% efficiency furnace would have irreparably damaged. The condenser they installed is more than twice the size of the old unit!
The rebuilt furnace plenum looks absolutely wonderful and the new humidifier actually works (unlike the old, poorly installed model). They also installed a new thermostat that allows both the A/C unit and the Furnace to run in 2 stages. Apparently the furnace had been installed and connected up so it was running in basic, single stage, configuration as the prior installer could not be bothered to pull a new wire through to allow the thermostat to work properly.
During the install, Airworx were as careful as possible with the installation and ensured that they fully cleaned up after themselves. They borrowed our vaccum to make sure that got rid of any dust and hauled away everything, including the old A/C unit etc. for proper disposal. They have also scheduled a follow-up visit in spring to make sure the A/C unit levels are as they should be.
Because of the low outside temperate we agreed to delay the dryer vent and the receipt for the work shows that the dryer vent is paid for and we will schedule a time to get this done.
Seriously; these guys are the best and I highly recommend their work and pride in workmanship. The price given to us in the quote is the price we paid. No hidden extras.

The Airworx guys were fantastic. They were professional, polite and made sure they were careful of our property. During the cleaning they noted that one of the cold air returns had not been cleaned at all by the last company we had (showed us how dirty the return was by comparison) and their team of 3 guys were with us for at least 4 hours.
During the cleaning Cory noted that our dryer vent was REALLY long and likely leaking into the house itself and let us know we should probably get a different run (like out through the roof done) at some point but said he would clean it anyway. With the cleaning done the dryer takes 20 minutes LESS time to dry a load of washing!
Airworx are an awesome company and we have had them back to replace our A/C unit (and I will review that separately). They are licensed, bonded and insured and are a family run business that seems to care deeply about quality work and workmanship.
