I am one of the three most knowledgeable home inspectors in Utah. I am also an expert in the areas of stucco, infrared, mold & moisture. I inspect every house as if were for my daugher & son-in-law. My reports (about 15 pages) are concise, radon, to the point and include a summary section. The large the report the more the inspector is protecting his rear end rather than informing the buyrer. When you hire me, you are not hiring a home inspection; you are hiring a building consultant.
