Very educational as the tech explained everything he did. He corrected some improper furnace settings and discovered a design problem that another friend in HVAC had mentioned to us. We’re taking steps to ensure our furnace will work well and last another 10+ years.

Nick was great! He explained everything in the process, drilled out a hole in my drain so the hose would fit in there easily, told me about potential upgrades or maintenance tips, and was just all round a great guy. This guy’s forgotten more about water thanks I’ll ever know. We had them install this water heater a while back and he also noticed the expansion bladder wasn’t working so he replaced that for free too. Really very amazing! I’m planning on switching over all my HVAC maintenance to them as soon as is reasonable.

We were impressed with the people we talked to, who seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. Our A/C had failed in 100 degree weather, so were anxious to get it replaced. Absolute came out to provide a bid, which we accepted, and they were able to do the installation the next day. They have a large warehouse, and so had the equipment we wanted in stock, in spite of a general shortage of A/C equipment among other suppliers we spoke to.

Recommended several options to include replacement of unit. They replaced a brand new Honeywell thermostat with another ($50 at Home Depot) and recharged the ac unit for $449. Felt that they were not interested in fixing but rather replacing.

Absolute Air was the only company to do an accurate heat load for my house so that the units are properly sized, which resulted in downsizing the replacement units, which saves me money. There prices were so good that I could afford much higher efficiency units at the same price point from other companies offering less efficiency.

We recently replaced our complete HVAC unit and did our homework on products and companies for install. We received 5 different estimates and went with Absolute Air. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of John Merkley in helping us determine which system would best service our needs. He was good to help us stay within our budget and educate us on the best system. The installers for Absolute Air, Caden and Merle, were very professional, respectful of our time and home, and very kind to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the install and the equipment. We decided to go with the Lennox SLP98V modulating furnace with the XC20 modulating AC. Even though it has only been a few days since install, I am WOWed by the difference and function this new HVAC has provided. Thank you to Absolute Air and Lennox for a great experience. Look forward to working with you in the future!

SERVICE TEAM WAS VERY THOROUGH. INPUT GIVEN BY THEM WAS VERY APPRECIATED BY ME. THEY DID NOT RECOMMEND REPAIRING FURNACE SINCE THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE REPAIRS WOULD MAKE FURNACE LAST ANY LENGTH OF TIME. THEY RECOMMENDED A NEW FURNACE AND OFFERED TO SEND OUT AN EXPERT ON FURNACES & A/C's. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH THEIR EXPERT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. <br />
