Stanley Steemer

I was very unhappy with the service. When I called to set my appointment, I specifically asked them to send me to very strong men as I needed several heavy pieces of furniture moved. Instead, they sent sent me a teenage boy and a teenage girl who were unable to move the furniture that I needed moved. I am in my fifties and ended up having to move the furniture myself. Some of the stains that I wanted removed came right back. I called the manager to let him know and to request another team to come back and clean the areas in question. Instead of sending me another team, he sent back the same two kids and accompanied them. He yelled at them and made me feel like an ogre. The kids were almost in tears and shaking. It was a horrible experience for me. I am sure it was for them also. I asked them to please just leave as by that time I was shaking myself. I told the manager/owner that I had been using Stanley Steamer for fifteen years but would never use them again.

They were punctual and very professional. They did a very good job, our carpets looked alot better then they were. I dont say 100% better because our carpets are in very bad shape and need to be replaced (couldnt afford that!) so for the quality of our carpet, i was impressed with out clean they got it! The price was a bit high but that was because we added a door mat and some spot removal to the price.

The worker arrived within the two hour window, closer to the end of the window. He was very professional and went over everything before he started the work. He did a very efficient and quick job. It took him about an hour to complete the work from his arrival to his departure. I wish they had more coupons or sales for the entire house!
