The company's owner, Jeff Seeley, came to our house to put a work estimate together, then gave us what appeared to be a reasonable estimate. After having several other contractors out, Jeff's was comparable in price and we had several friends who had given us favorable recommendations for his work. Once we decided to go with Spring Creek Builders, Jeff gave us a timeline for the work and kept closely to it. He and his employees were prompt, friendly, and paid attention to our needs as homeowners, parents to two young children, and owners of a variety of indoor and outdoor pets.
Upon completion of work, Jeff gave us a final bill (which was amazingly close to the original estimate) and the option to pay immediately or incrementally. We asked to spread the payments over a month or so, and Jeff was wililng to work with us. He then called back several times to make sure that we were happy with the outcome and see if we had any further questions or concerns.

I would give them A overall. I would use them again in the future.
