One Stop Auto Sales

At first things seemed okay with my buying experience. The salesman was pretty pushy and a little judgemental but the car price seemed fair. The owner does the financing (I think he owns the place) and is pretty curt and just not very people-friendly. The company agreed to fix a problem with the car that existed upon purchase. However, months later the problem was still there and when ever we tried to call and make an appointment the staff would act completely put out by the request. By the way, we also purchased the warranty. The salesman had the audacity to claim all of this was coming out of "THEIR" pocket and they were doing us a courtesy. He asked me, "How much have YOU paid???" Um, duh, I bought the warranty- I will be paying for the warranty and NOTHING is coming out of your pocket as the warranty covers it. Then it got personal. He insulted my children. The owner backed him up. It was unreal to me that this is how a small business was treating a paying customer. There are lots of other dealers in my area and we upgrade our two vehicles every two years. That's a lot of business that will NOT be coming their way. I am just hoping we save another family from as much headache and frustration as we have had.
