Nordictrack Corporate Headquarters

Purchased a Norditrack Elliptical from Sears Aug 8 and spent $1200.00 and they put it together. When the delivery men came it seemed like they were in a hurry, on top of lazy. I plugged the machine in later that day and it didn't light up. They sent someone out and they couldn't fix it. They were supposed to send me a new one but the delivery men from sears lied,and said they just had parts and not a new one on the truck. The person I spoke to a customer service rep at sears said they ordered me a new one and sent confirmation showing it was on that truck. They lied to my face so they wouldn't have to put together a new one. Instead they came out and put a new motherboard on a defective piece of equipment. I Called Nordictrack they told me me they don't do house calls. and I purchased the 3 year warranty for $200 extra dollars, That's what makes it worse. They refused to come out. I'm not mechanically inclined to do what they asked me to do. Which was set up my phone and take it apart.
