We could not be more pleased with the skill, care and professional manner of Scott and his entire crew. They went out of their way to make sure that every detail was attended to and even showed us areas that needed more attention and worked to correct past errors from previous workers who had not done nearly as good a job as Scott! They cleaned up after each day's work and made the entire experience a delight. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notched service, skills and professional attention to even the smallest details!

Everything went very well with this job. At one point, a portion of the floors got damaged by work on something else and Scotts crew was back promptly to fix it, even after being paid for the whole job. They were extremely responsive to any little problems that occurred and there were very few of those problems. His crew was extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Our floors look brand new and totalky gorgeous! Exceeded my expwctations!

They were very responsive, professional, and for potentially an extremely messy job, it was actually not messy and it was completed in 3 and half days. They were really good on their follow-up.
