We use this provider whenever we need our automobiles serviced. They are professional and prompt. We trust their service and have never been faced with an unjust recommendation from them. We make a service appointment and they have always met the appointed time. If we need to wait, the wait time is reasonable. If we leave the auto for the day, we have always had it returned at the time promised.

I dropped the car off, they dropped me at the office, they called to go over the job and cost prior to doing the work, completed the work ahead of schedule and delivered the car to my office. Excellent service experience!

They had fair customer service, but the price was outragous. our car broke down at my husband's work and we had it towed to midas to get it repaired because it was close. they checked everything and found the fuel pump had gone out. then they charged us originally 800 dollars to repair it. when my grandfather called they knocked off 150 but when my mechanic called they knocked off 300. it shouldn't take another mechanic calling and saying it should be cheaper. they are trying to rip off those that are desperate!
