When we talked to him he said he'd have it done early morning on Tuesday. It was actually finished Wednesday morning.
When we talked to him he said he would be able to touch up the paint job to make it look good and new. It doesn't look good.
We were planing on being out of town and they knew we were going to be out of town. We had scheduled someone to pay him when he was suppose to be done on Tuesday. He was not ready on Tuesday.
When he finished on Wednesday he called and demanded immediate payment without anyone going to look at it. When we told him that we wanted someone to look at it he got mad.
When we did have someone look at it they said it didn't look good and it probably wouldn't pass an inspection as part of the sale of the house. When we talked to him later on Wednesday he said he was going to file the issue with the court.
He is trying to bully us into accepting his work without proper review, knowing he didn't follow what he agreed to.
"The work was done for [Member Name Removed], [Member Name Removed]'s mother. The final cost was $4500.00 not $5500.00 and that included a free premium shingle upgrade given in good faith. A friend of theirs met me in person at the house and said the work was good. Also [Member Name Removed]'s husband approved of the work via pictures. Initially the bill was not paid. I had to initiate a property lien to recoup a partial payment."
