Gary went over the invoice with me in detail after the job was completed. He also provided me with the forms and helped fill them out to get a significant rebate from my utility.
Also, I learned that Gary holds trainings every morning from 8-9 am to teach his employees various aspects of HVAC and gas systems. I appreciate that Gary is investing in his employees and it shows with a high level of knowledge and teamwork on the job.

"[Members Name], I clearly remember this call and your furnace. I did not charge you for the service call because your furnace was in such poor condition. Instead, I gave you a "no obligation" quote for a new furnace. I did find that the igniter was bad and offered to replace it. Upon further examination, I found that the air conditioning coil above had been leaking water into the furnace for years and caused rusting and water damage. I explained to you that this was a very dangerous condition due to the burners, heat exchanger, control valves, safety switches, and computer board all being affected, and that this could cause a malfunction at any time. I further explained that this could be dangerous for you and your family due to carbon monoxide leakage. I do apologize for any misunderstanding on this call and hope you do get your furnace replaced, for your safety. Thank you for your concern. Sincerely, Gary Ricks"
