Elizabeth was our contact person. We got an estimate and returned a week later to schedule the cleaning. She recognized my wife right away and called her by name (Hello Mrs. XXX). The car was in decent shape but had stains on the fabric seats, greasy dirt on the floor mats, seat belts and fold down seat backs, and an engine that looked like it had been on the Baja 1000. It took them all day but the transformation was amazing. The engine looks new. the stains were gone (they had to rework one soda spill on one of the seats a number of times but got it done). The price was even more amazing. $120 for true detailing. I gave a $40 tip and would have felt good about giving more.
