Property Management
Absolutely horrible. Despite having a maintenance person in the house several times during year Catalyst allowed it to descend into an uninhabitable condition. The renters were allowed by contract to have one goat in the yard. They kept multiple goats in the yard and the house, ran a puppy mill in the upstairs bedroom, and kept a flock of birds loose in the house. The resulting feces and urine throughout the house defied imagination. When one of the maintenance people sent us an email he was promptly fired. When we returned to the state and confronted Catalyst with this situation they were unwilling to do ANYTHING to remediate the house. The reclamation effort took over three months and $8,000 to get the house back to a liveable condition. If anyone is even considering using Catalyst for anything - DON'T!
