Bennett’s Glass was amazing to work with for a large custom mirror! The manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and made excellent recommendations for the space we were installing it in. The ordering process was easy and it was delivered quickly. The employees were very professional. The mirror is beautiful and fits perfectly in our space! We will always go to Bennett’s for all our glass needs!

This was an ideal experience. We were nervous about replacing all of the windows and the patio door in our 1960's era home. We received several bids, and while this was not the lowest bid, we felt comfortable with the individual that came to our home and measured to provide the estimate. We were offered a choice of Cascade or Milgard windows. We selected Milgard windows, and to this point have been extremely satisfied. Our air conditioner runs much less than in previous summers, our house maintains a consistent temperature, and the house is quiet. The window and door installation was completed as scheduled. The installers were conscientious and careful, leaving a work site that was as clean if not cleaner than before they arrived. We had a few questions, and found one manufacturing defect. The questions were answered politely and accurately, and a no-charge return visit was provided to address the defect. The defect involved submitting a claim to Milgard, which Bennet's did for us. The Milgard representative inspected the defect, and immediately indicated that a replacement vent window would be provided. The final cost of the project was exactly what we were bid. We are very satisfied customers, and give our strongest recommendation to Bennett's Glass!

They had a piece of glass for a shower that didn't work for somebody else, and they offered me a deal on it, and it fit my shower perfectly. So they suggested that and saved me money. He came right out and measured it, the next day he called me with a price and two days later it was put in.

I called two places for an estimate and timeline. The first place I called said $220 and about a week. Bennett's Glass said about $180 and 3-4 days. I then gave Bennett's the go-ahead to come measure the window to give me a final quote.
They were supposed to come take the measurements the next day which was a Friday. At about 4:30 PM when I had not heard from them, I called and they said they would not be able to get there that day. I felt like I should have received a phone call to inform me of this change of plans, so that I didn't sit around at home waiting for them. The following Monday they came and measured it and their actual quote came up to $220. I had given close measurements on the phone, so I was surprised at the increase, but still chose to proceed, expecting 3-4 days from this point to get the glass installed.
Later in the week, after not hearing from them, I called to find out when they planned on coming to install the glass. I was told that it takes a week to order the glass in and then I have to get put into the schedule. First of all, this is not what I was told up-front (3-4 days), second, why wouldn't I be put in the schedule for when the glass would arrive? I expressed my frustration and they were going to try for that Friday, but likely the following Monday. They finally came the following Wednesday (13 days after my initial phone call to them) to do the installation.
The quality of their work was good, and the installers were friendly. My experience over the phone with the receptionist was the worst.
Just FYI: Since this, after talking to people, the next time I need a window repaired (hopefully there isn't a next time) I am going to try Gordon's Glass.
