**We would highly recommend Viking Property Maintenance for work being performed on our home.
I am a very particular person, and requested foam backed siding. Andreas brought me a sample, a brochure and a color palette of the exact product they would use. The reviews online for the product were excellent compared the the other high quality siding bids we received (Mastic, insulated siding).
I love the fact that they are email savvy and we did a lot of our communication through email.

They were very reasonable. They weren't very clean on the job; however they cleaned up well after they were completed with their work. There were few issues with his supplier, but he overcame them and did a great job.
