Utah Valley Curb

I have interacted with several landscaping companies since moving into my new home. Among them, Utah Valley Curb stands out as an exceptional choice. Their communication was impeccable, and they consistently delivered on their commitments. Their expertise is evident; I entrusted them with the installation of a stamped grey castle rock design, and the results are truly impressive. I plan to share a photo once I've cleared out the remaining weeds. The remarkable transformation they've achieved in my already beautiful yard has left me thoroughly impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Utah Valley Curb for all your curbing needs.

I found UVC online. After the initial phone call, UVC came to the house for an initial site visit. They showed us a wide variety of curbing options including styles, patterns, colors, sealing, etc. Once we made our selection they inspected the yard, measured the job, and provided a written on-the-spot "not-to-exceed" quotation. The quotation was very competitive compared to two others we received, and in one case dramatically so. 
On installation day the crew promptly 'prepped' the installation area, including removing existing lawn sections uniformly with a lawn cutter machine as needed. The initial curbing was quickly laid down uniformly. We had both straights and curves. Once the initial curbing was down, they ran forming and smoothing tools across the concrete to ensure the smoothness and integrity of the curbing. This was followed by carefully hand sculpting portions that could not be done by machine, such as ends and joints.
Once the curbing was laid down, they applied our selected stamp/texture. This was where their artistry and craftsmanship really shined. Although they worked quickly, they worked carefully and with obvious experience and skill. It was mesmerizing to watch.
We had a long straight portion adjacent to existing paving stones that required precise positioning and elevation. Curbing machines are not designed for this. UVC took all needed extra measures to ensure that the final curbing along this stretch was satisfactorily installed. I told them they would need to change their name from "Utah Valley Curb" to "Utah Valley Precision Curb". 
All the concrete mixing was done on the street in front of our house, as well as the machinery cleaning. They left no evidence of their presence on the street. They removed all of the cut turf, except that which I wanted to retain. They returned a number of days later after curing to apply the protective coating.
I am considering more curbing in the yard and will call these guys first!  Their quality and price make them a company I am happy to recommend. 100% satisfied. I volunteered to post a review for them on Angie's List and elsewhere.  By coincidence, I had been admiring the curbing job a neighbor down the street had done, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was also done by UVC.
