There were approximately 1/2 inch gaps in the fence panels and the posts. He tried to force the panels to the posts with screws and caused tension so when the weather changed, the metal contracts and expands and snaps the screw heads so the panels aren't attached to the posts. He says he's licensed and bonded and warrants his work. He is not licensed not bonded and obviously doesn't warrant his work. He's never returned my calls, Mt. States Fencing referred him to me and has asked him to return and repair the fence and he won't return calls. I have filed a complaint against him and he was investigated by the Salt Lake County District Attorney 's Office. He is being charged with Unlawful Contracting. I would encourage everyone to avoid this guy/company. You'll waste time and money only to be frustrated.
