We are a full-service restoration company, handling restoration from start to finish. The service was terrible. There was a period of around 40 days in the middle of the work when we did not have any communicaiton with them. Other times they said they would be there at noon to complete a project and would not show up or even text and were over 3 hours late. Once the service man told us they would be finished in 2 days and it was over 40 days before it was finished. After they finally finished, the work was satisfactory so our ocmplaint is not witht he work, but with the service.

The insurance co recomended this company. We’ve used this restoration company twice the first time they were great! This second time they fell way below our expectation. The demolition and demo cleanup went fine. The drywall and prep for painting also went good. At this point we felt that we were getting the same great service that we got before. We started noticing that they weren’t painting clean paint lines like you would expect from professionals. (Photos included before the re-painting) The closet rebuild was sloppy. The coat rod was hung crucked. I took the rod down and re-hung it. We talked about this with them and they agreed to come back and fix the problems. It took ten days before we heard from them again, when we did they wanted to come with only 30 minutes notice. It’s a good thing we could be home to accomodate them.

They had evaluated and taken care of the job in a matter of days. They could have really taken advantage of us with the price as it was a rental property and we were not able to be there to evaluate it with them and since mold is such a scary thing which we are not very familiar with, they could have scared us into paying a lot more to fix the problem.

They came out and noticed that the floor was buckling and some plaster was falling. A sprinkler had gotten under our house and caused a bunch of damage. They did a fantastic job, and they were very kind and easy to work with. They worked around my needs, as I was dealing with some difficult health issues. They followed up along the course of the work about how everything was going, and I appreciate that. If I needed them again, they would be the first ones I would call or recommend.

They didn't show up several times when they said they would. When they finally did, they were two hours late. They didn't do all the work. They over charged hourly. They overcharged for taking materials to the dump; almost $150 over.
