 + 0 moreThey did not draw out a plan. Their estimate started at 16,000 and after discounts, it was 14,782. He was a nice fellow. I would consider getting an estimate from them in the future.
Description of Work: 5 Bars Contracting Service gave me an estimate on a new bathroom in the basement and finishing the storage room.

 + 3 moreFrom start to finish Greg and his team did extremely high quality job, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. They did a good job of giving approximate times when they would show up each day. I work from home, so I am quite flexible. Greg was also flexible about us doing some of the work like painting, installing a ceiling fan/fixture, and the flooring in the room. I really couldn't be happier and I will be calling him back when it's time to finish the next room in the basement.
Description of Work: Build out of a office/bedroom in a basement area. Electrical work throughout the basement. Shelving in various closet areas in the house.

 + 2 moreGreg was very good to work with. He was responsive, punctual, and very professional. He arranged for subcontractors to do tear down and removal of old exterior stairs and concrete, excavate for new stairs, and do stucco repair work. He did the carpentry and woodwork repairs on our house himself. We were very pleased with the result. The work was done in an expeditious, and professional manner, and for a fair price. We would definitely recommend Greg, and work with him again.
Description of Work: Greg Slater helped us get needed repairs done on the outside of our house, including excavation, concrete, carpentry, and stucco work.
