He came in at or near budget on everything and was very good to work with. He made several helpful suggestions, rather than just blindly following the plans. All of the work was well done, and he did a good job working with the inspector to make the required fixes.
I had some difficulty in getting Clayton to return to finish the driveway and a few other small items, though this was not uncommon amongst all the subs we used on our house. He and his crew also did a poor job of cleaning up their garbage. Fast food garbage, soda cups, cigarette butts, sunflower seeds, etc. were strewn about the property.
