We got an estimate on the cabinet, and their bid with labor came in much cheaper than those from big home improvement stores. We went into their store and chose different doors, which increased the price a lot, but was still less than other estimates. We decided to go with it. They required a 50% down-payment (no credit cards), and despite their form contract's normal policy of requiring the last 10% after job completion, required the other 50% when the cabinet arrived in their store. On delivery, the cabinet was 1/2 the depth we thought we ordered. They hadn't written the dimensions on the contract, so we couldn't verify what we had paid for. They said they would only charge the difference instead of adding their normal change fee, again with payment in advance. Maybe an honest mistake. The installer missed two appointments, then discovered on unpacking that two doors were broken and one was warped. They ordered new ones and eventually the job was done after about 6 weeks.

I would recommend them to family and friends because the price and work was good. They gave us an estimate over the phone, and it was right on. He did clean up after himself.
