They just don't get it. I told them I was not interested when they solicited at a "no soliciting" house. Then 3 hours later, they had the audacity to ring my doorbell again. When will you teach your employees to read English? NO SOLICITING!

George & Chris were very courteous and professional. They communicated well. They kept me informed of what services were provided. I enjoyed working with them.

We just had our 2nd treatment today. It was a completely different experience. The first visit, the tech spent quite a long time spraying all areas and was great at communicating. The 2nd visit, he just mentioned he was spraying the outside. When we mentioned having the interior done as well, he said that they usually don’t do the inside. At that point, I called the office to clarify coverage. I was told that they are supposed to ask if we wanted the interior sprayed. He did end up, spraying the interior, but was in the house very briefly. We also had to mention to him while he was in the home that we do have an upstairs even though he acted like he was done already. He did not communicate at all as to which areas we wanted to be done. He never offered to spray the garages of which we asked him to do.
