THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I FELT THEY WERE REASONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS IF THEY HAD A CLOGGED DRAIN.
