He was fast and efficient. I do not know a whole lot of information and he was willing to answer my questions in detail that would help me understand on my level. This helped me feel very comfortable. If there was something that was out of the ordinary then he would inform me of possibilities that could be the reason and then always provided different ways to fix the situation or improve it.
